We created an augmented-reality rich media expanding banner ad to promote Hasbro’s line of Star Wars: The Force Awakens toys. The banner makes use of the viewer’s webcam, detecting motion and allowing the viewer to “use the force” to interact with the banner and engage the creative in an almost tactile way. The banner combines animation, graphic design, and flash-based programming to create a unique advertising experience that’s hard to ignore.
